This Privacy Policy explains how ReaderSpice (“ReaderSpice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you visit ReaderSpice.com or use ReaderSpice services, including ReaderSpice n8n Automations.
Information We May Collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and message when you use a contact form, subscribe to communications, or otherwise contact us.
We may also collect technical and usage information automatically, including browser type, device type, IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location. This information may be collected through cookies, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar services.
ReaderSpice n8n Automations and Google User Data
ReaderSpice n8n Automations is an internal content-management and publishing workflow used to organize ReaderSpice editorial content and automate selected publishing tasks. It may connect to Google services such as Google Drive and Google Docs through Google OAuth.
When an authorized ReaderSpice account connects through Google OAuth, the application may request access necessary to locate, read, create, update, or organize Google Drive files and Google Docs used in the ReaderSpice editorial workflow. This access is used only to perform ReaderSpice content-management and publishing tasks initiated or configured by the authorized account.
ReaderSpice n8n Automations does not use Google user data for advertising, unrelated profiling, or sale to third parties. Google user data is not transferred to third parties except when necessary to provide the requested automation functionality, through service providers acting on our behalf, when the authorized user directs a transfer, or when required by law.
How Google User Data Is Stored and Protected
OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and related connection information may be stored by the automation services used to operate ReaderSpice workflows. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect this information and restrict access to authorized ReaderSpice administrators and service providers that require access to operate the workflow.
Google user data accessed through the application is retained only for as long as needed to provide the automation functionality, maintain the ReaderSpice editorial workflow, comply with legal requirements, or resolve security and operational issues.
Google API Services User Data Policy
ReaderSpice n8n Automations’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
