Boy Asking For BRA from Girls (Shocking Reaction)

The below video is showing that a Boy wants to buy a BRA for his girlfriend and he is asking random girl in the street to buy the BRA for his girlfriend. This video was shot in India in the middle of the street and Boy was asking every girls about the BRA shop, to buy a BRA for his girlfriend. Actually, this video is a Prank video. However, it does not seems like prank video, because some girls are shy and some speak up straight. In India, people are still scared or feel shy to talk about their underwear things.

In this video, you can also see that one girl just shows her middle finger to the guy and just ran away. The shocking reaction can be seen from the video. It’s not a big deal for the girls from western countries. However, the culture, society, family environment makes the Indian girl shy to talk about their inner wear. In other hand, some girls are so modernized with the time, because they were speaking frankly and directing the guy for the store to buy the BRA.
It’s interesting, awkward, weird. However, please check out below for the shocking reaction of Indian Girls, when they hear BRA.

Sexy Girl Cheating Man on the Bus

Young ladies are constantly viewed as the blameless and delicate. They are viewed as innocuous and delicate. Be that as it may, this video demonstrates the opposite side of the blameless face.

The video begins with a scene of a lady in a transport. She is exceptionally charming and is dozing. She is wearing extremely insignificant garments and her body parts are flaunting. A man gets on the transport and sits on the seat inverse to hers. The man sees her and begins to gaze at her. He pays for the transport passage and takes a gander at her avidly. He takes a gander at her body parts at dribbles.

Later tissue tumbles from the young ladies hand. He calls her however she doesn’t answer so he moves to the seat adjacent to her. He picks the cloth and keeps it in her grasp. She doesn’t react. He then begins drawing near to her. He touches her and begins doing peculiar things. Then again the woman gets even near her and puts her hand between his thighs. The gentleman gets streamed by feelings and appreciates what happened. He nods off and gets off at his stop. After he gets off he understands that his wallet is absent. He gets shocked.

What really happened is that she takes his wallet out while the gentleman is snoozing. The woman is a genuine hoodlum. She keeps the wallet in the satchel and sits tight for her other prey. A man comes over and sits adjacent to her. She begins the same acting however this time something unforeseen happens. The man snatches her satchel and flees as she tries to tail him yet she doesn’t get up to speed. The video is humorous and calm shocking. It has been transferred on YouTube and has been seen very nearly a million times.

Man Goes from One Women to Another

“Man goes from one woman to another, goes on changing. People think he is a great lover; he is not a lover at all. He is avoiding, he is trying to avoid any deep involvement because with deep involvement problems have to be faced, and much pain has to be gone through. So one simply plays safe; one makes it a point never to go too deeply into somebody.
If you go too deep you may not be able to come back easily. And if you go deeply into somebody, somebody else will go deeply into you also; it is always proportionate. If I go very deep in you the only way is to allow you also to go that deep in me. It is a give and take, it is a sharing. Then one may get entangled too much, and it will be difficult to escape and the pain may be much. So people learn how to play safe: just let surfaces meet — hit-and-run love affairs. Before you are caught, run.

This is what is happening in the modern world. People have become so juvenile, so childish; they are losing all maturity.

Maturity comes only when you are ready to face the pain of your being; maturity comes only when you are ready to take the challenge. And there is no greater challenge than love.”

Vanilla Eclairs Recipe

Eclairs are a great French dessert, made from choux pastry, filled with cream and then topped usually with fondant icing. For topping there are many variations, but making a simple and quick chocolate ganache seemed just perfect for me. Eclairs are a true delight and worth all the effort involved.

Video has been uploaded by Home Cooking Adventure on Youtube

Ingredients

Makes 10-12 eclairs

For the choux pastry
1 cup (125 g) flour
3.5 oz (100 ml) milk
3.5 oz (100 ml) water
2 tsp (10 g) sugar
1/2 tsp salt
5 1/2 tbsp (80g) unsalted butter
4 eggs

Vanilla Pastry Cream
2 cups (480 ml) milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup (70g) sugar
1/3 cup (40g) cornstarch
1 tbsp (15g) unsalted butter

Chocolate Glaze
7 oz (200 g) chocolate (55-70 cocoa), cut in smaller pieces
2/3 cup (155 ml) whipping cream

1. First prepare the pastry cream to have it ready by the time the eclairs are baked.

2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until slightly pale.

3. Incorporate the cornstarch. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Pour about a third of the hot milk over the egg
yolks mixture. Pour the whole mixture into the saucepan over the milk. Bring to a boil while stirring and thickens. Keep enough over
heat to cook all the cornstarch. Add vanilla extract.

4. Pour the cream into a clean bowl and allow to cool for 10 minutes then incorporate the butter while stirring. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the pastry cream to prevent forming a skin on the surface. Set aside until ready to use.

5. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

6. Prepare the choux pastry. Sift the flour. In a saucepan bring the milk, water, sugar, salt and butter to a boil.

7. Remove from heat and add flour all at once and incorporate mixing energetically with a wooden spoon until homogenous. Return the saucepan over low heat and while stirring cook for 1 minute or two to pull out the moisture from the batter and until it
pulls away from the sides of the pan. You will see some of the dough sticks to the bottom of the pan.

8. Transfer batter to a large bowl and allow to cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time, carefully incorporating each into the
butter using the wooden spoon or even a stand mixer. It will result in a smooth, homogenous batter which still holds it’s shape.

9. Fit a pastry bag with a large ½ inch (1 cm) round or star tip and pipe the dough into 4 or 5 inch (10 -12 cm) long strips on a
parchment paper lined baking sheet.

10. Dust with powder sugar and bake for about 40 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, open the oven door slightly, about 1/8 inch (2
-3 mm), to let the steam escape. Bake for the rest of 30 minutes with the oven door slightly ajar, until golden. (Use a wooden spoon
to keep the oven door ajar)

11. Remove eclairs from the oven, prick each with a skewer to release steam and allow to cool on a wire rack. Poke 3 holes in the base of each eclair using a 1/4 inch (5-6mm) plain or star tip.

12. Remove pastry cream from refrigerator and whisk until smooth. Transfer the pastry cream into a piping bag fitted with 1/4 inch (5-6 mm) plain or star tip.

13. Fill the cooled eclairs by piping cream into the holes.

14. Prepare the chocolate ganache. In a small saucepan, place cream over medium-low heat for a few minutes to get hot. No boiling or simmering needed. Remove from heat, pour over chopped chocolate and let rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir until dissolved.

15. Dip the tops of the eclairs into the chocolate and allow to set. You won’t need all the chocolate but needs to be more to be able
to dip them well.

16. Eclairs are best eaten the day they are made but they keep quite well in the refrigerator overnight.

Finding Happiness | Cartoon of the Week

When I created this cartoon, I was thinking the same what the picture is trying to portray. The above picture speak itself. However, this image is really trying to give a very good lesson to everyone. People cannot be happy during their lifetime, they have many ups and downs in their entire life.

However, creating happy environment is the main key point to be a successful. The guy on the left is colorful, he looks like he has everything. He looks richer and brighter, but he is still missing something that is making him sad. He is trying to find a precious moments that will make him happy. His facial expression shows that he is lonely and looking to make himself happy.
The picture portray that the Yellow guy is looking for the happiness. He tried to look for it, however he failed to find it. All the sudden he saw another guy holding happiness and finally he ask him that, “Where did you find that? I have been searching for it everywhere.” Yellow guy think that the other guy is holding his happiness.
All the sudden it came out that the black and white guy, who looks poor, but he is happy. He said that, “I created myself” That means he made himself happy.
The moral of this picture is that, “Happiness has to be created by yourself, not by others.” Be happy, try to forget or don’t remember difficult stages of your life. Just move on and be happy.

Top 10 Principles for Positive Business Ethics

This morning, I read about a company using on-line auctions to defraud customers. Last week, I consulted on an ethics complaint where a business coach betrayed a client’s confidentiality. And, recently a Physician was convicted of insider trading based on information from a patient, a violation of both business ethics and her professional ethics.

Business ethics are the key to profits. If clients and customers don’t trust you, and your business ethics, they will not do business with you. Would you buy from a company you didn’t trust? Of course not!

Business ethics have become a hot-button topic. There are often ethical conflicts between making money, and doing what is right. There can be dilemmas about doing what is best for your employer, what’s best for your own career, and what’s best for the customer. Business ethics is about negotiating these mine-fields. Here are my Top 10 Principles for Positive Business Ethics:

1. Business Ethics are built on Personal Ethics. There is no real separation between doing what is right in business, and playing fair, telling the truth and being ethical in your personal life.

2. Business Ethics are based on Fairness. Would a dis-interested observer agree that both sides are being treated fairly? Are both sides negotiating in good faith? Does each transaction take place on a “level playing field”? If so, the basic principles of ethics are being met.

3. Business Ethics require Integrity. Integrity refers to whole-ness, reliability and consistency. Ethical businesses treat people with respect, honesty and integrity. They back up their promises, and they keep their commitments.

4. Business Ethics require Truth-telling. The days when a business could sell a defective product and hide behind the “buyer beware” defense are long gone. You can sell products or services that have limitations, defects or are out-dated, but not as first-class, new merchandise. Truth in advertising is not only the law, business ethics require it.

5. Business Ethics require Dependability. If your company is new, unstable, about to be sold, or going out of business, ethics requires that you let clients and customers know this. Ethical businesses can be relied upon to be available to solve problems, answer questions and provide support.

6. Business Ethics require a Business Plan. A company’s ethics are built on its image of itself and its vision of the future and its role in the community. Business ethics do not happen in a vacuum. The clearer the company’s plan for growth, stability, profits and service, the stronger its commitment to ethical business practices.

7. Business Ethics apply Internally and Externally. Ethical businesses treat both customers and employees with respect and fairness. Ethics is about respect in the conference room, negotiating in good faith, keeping promises and meeting obligations to staff, employers, vendors and customers. The scope is universal.

8. Business Ethics require a Profit. Ethical businesses are well-run, well-managed, have effective internal controls, and clear expectations of growth. Ethics is about how we live in the present to prepare for the future, and a business without profits (or a plan to create them) is not meeting its ethical obligations to prepare for the future well-being of the company, its employees and customers.

9. Business Ethics are values-based. The law, and professional organizations, must produce written standards that are inflexible and universal. While they may talk about “ethics”, these documents are usually prescriptive and refer to minimal standards. Ethics are about values, ideals and aspirations. Ethical businesses may not always live up to their ideals, but they are clear about their intent.

10. Business Ethics come from the Boss. Leadership sets the tone, in every area of a business. Ethics are either central to the way a company functions, or they are not. The executives and managers either lead the way, or they communicate that cutting corners, deception and dis-respect are acceptable. Line staff will always rise, or sink, to the level of performance they see modeled above them. Business ethics starts at the top.

Ethics is about the quality of our lives, the quality of our service, and ultimately, about the bottom line. An unhappy customer complains to an average of 16 people. Treating employees, customers, vendors and the public in an ethical, fair and open way is not only the right thing, in the long run, it’s the only way to stay in business.
